We do not have a physical store; we sell exclusively online through our official website: www.lashberrypro.com.
We have set a maximum limit on the quantity of products that can be purchased through our website for key reasons:
- Avoiding unnecessary surplus – Especially for products with an expiration date, such as adhesives, to ensure they are used in optimal conditions before their shelf life ends.
- Preventing unauthorized reselling – We want to ensure that our products reach professionals who genuinely need and use them correctly.
According to our returns policy, we cannot accept returns of unwanted products after 14 days from the purchase date. For this reason, if large quantities are purchased during a wholesale sale, we unfortunately will not be able to accept returns beyond this period.
Our priority is to protect our customers from excessive purchases that may lead to waste or inconvenience. This policy is designed to guarantee a safe and satisfactory shopping experience.
Each product requires specific storage conditions to maintain its quality and performance. In general, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Adhesive: Keep the glue in an airtight container, protected from humidity and extreme temperatures. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to preserve its stability and effectiveness.
- Lashes: Store them in their original box, preferably in a closed cabinet or drawer. If you have prepared some working palettes, keep them in a closed acrylic organizer to protect them from dust.
- Adhesive tape: To prevent dust and residue buildup, store it in a tape dispenser or a sealed container.
- Microbrushes and spoolie brushes: Just like other accessories, it is essential to keep them free from dust. Store them in an acrylic organizer or a closed container to ensure hygiene.
