RETURNS
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns can be refunded or exchanged for another product from our store.
If an item is defective or stops working properly within the warranty period, the 14-day return period may be extended. In these cases, you must notify us of the issue within 5 days of receiving the product.
Important information about returns:
✔ You must contact our Customer Service team first before sending any package. Failure to do so may invalidate the return.
✔ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
✔ Lashberry Pro is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
✔ No refund or exchange will be processed before we receive and verify the returned items.
REFUNDS
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in perfect condition.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process the refund, which may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
🚫 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚫 Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged products.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange a product for another, the same return policy conditions apply.
✔ If the new product costs less, the difference will be refunded or offered as store credit.
✔ If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference before the exchange is completed.
REPLACEMENTS
If a product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact our team for assistance.
✔ If the product is no longer available, a similar alternative will be offered.
